1 New Operation Executive (OE)
Job Description:
Responsibilities1
- Provide Administrative support to/coordinate with Operations Teams
- Liaise with customers on work schedule arrangements
- Prepare work schedule & operations reports for submission to customers
- Maintain Project Division filing system
- Answer/re-direct all incoming calls
- Issue POs and other procurement related works
- Deal with enquiries in a profession and courteous manner
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, with or without working experience
- Proficent in Ms Office appplications
- Good communication skills, independent & initiative
- 5 days work week
- Working area: Tagore Area
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.

- Manage security agency within legal framework (404C-1) [Compulsory]
- Manage security operations (402C-1)
- Achieve work effectiveness in security environment (407C-1)
- Manage and resolve conflict in security environment (406C-1)
