Repair Process

• Every components are fully dismantled and the internal parts are thoroughly assessed to ensure it meets manufacturer’s tolerance. A service report will be issued so you are aware of the component conditions.
• Parts that are damaged or worn will be replaced or reworked till it meets manufacturer’s tolerance. All mating surfaces are lapped together to ensure good contact.
• All parts will go through three stages of chemical washes before assembly.
• All components will be pressure tested on our 160KW test rig to ensure functionality and good efficiency before leaving our workshop. A test certificate will be issued for every component tested.
